Every day is different in our little shop in Shaftesbury. With a Fresh delivery of flowers arriving daily , our mornings usually starts early. Conditioning the wraps of flower is always our first priority, stripping leaves, cutting stems and getting them into fresh water on our stand. We then divide and conquer to prepare the day's flower orders, ready for our local driver and courier to collect. The rest of the team takes delivery of our fresh bread, pastries and cakes and prepares them for display beautifully on our counter. We get the coffee machine on and hot, ready for our caffeine hungry customers to arrive through the door at 9 o'clock. We fill the outside of the shop with freshly made bouquets, posies and plants and then get to work on the remaining orders, answering the phone and preparing delicious food and coffee for the inevitable line that is snaking through the shop.
